At NorthScope Psychology we offer the following services in person, via telehealth (Zoom/telephone) or via walk and talk/pet therapy sessions with our accredited therapy dog Saba:

Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT):
- This is an evidence based secondary therapeutic technique involving the use of animals in sessions. This can be used along with other evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Studies have shown that AAT with dogs is an effective aid for working with clients who have a variety of mental health difficulties. Saba our mini groodle is hypoallergenic and provides emotional support when needed. Sessions can be booked for walk and talk/pet therapy sessions with Saba.
